Job Description
The Sales Operations Administrator is a vital role to the success of our Sales and Marketing group. The
position will support our outside sales representatives, marketing team and executive level managers
on a variety of projects and tasks. Some of these tasks include Backlog management, CRM training
and support, compensation plan management, sales territory assignments, meeting/event planning and
interacting with other departments to ensure a smooth operation for the Sales Team
Job Duties
Visual Backlog management to ensure orders ship in timely manner · Manage the Salesforce CRM processes, procedures, training, and daily support for the sales team. Clearly define and document the sales processes used within the CRM program while looking for enhancement in efficiencies that work for all users. · Manage the sales compensation and promotional sales programs with sales management and finance teams. · Manage web lead responses and associated reporting. Ensure Sales leadership is aware of any consistent challenges meeting KPI’s and/or customer satisfaction. · Monitor web lead and sales order surveys. Communicate with teams and promote improvements for customer service. · Manage the sales territory identification system for the Americas. Provide sales territory maps with data for managers and reps. Update web lead and asset management systems accordingly. · Organize sales trainings and meetings securing hotel locations, attendees and other related tasks/events. · Utilize Office 365 to create and provide training/presentation materials to communicate processes and key metrics by reporting deadlines. · Assist with basic level IT needs trouble shooting software such as SFDC and Office 365 functions. · Support the Webster facility as needed with coverage for trainings, events, lunches and visitors · Support “Social In” events for the Webster employees including raising awareness to core values, volunteer hours and other Evident benefits. · New hire onboarding consisting of introduction into HR, Payroll and Sales processes and platforms · Serve as a backup to the Supervisor, Sales & Commercial Operations for any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or similar field preferred with 3+ years administrative experience.
- Will consider HS Diploma with 5+ years administrative experience.
Experience:
- CRM and ERP administrative support experience a must
- SFDC/Netsuite knowledge a plus Advanced skills in Microsoft suite applications Working alongside and supporting all levels of Sales Representatives
- Working with Senior Leadership and Executives
- Event planning, coordinating and hosting large events
Skills:
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication and Interpersonal skills
- Independent worker that is deadline driven
- Creative and great problem-solving skills
- Ability to see Customer 365 picture to enhance efficiency
- Ability to pivot priorities as needed
Other Considerations (travel/hours availability, etc.):
- Travel up to 10% annually
