Job Description

The Senior Director of HRIS & HR Operations will be responsible for providing a broad strategic view and

developing a plan for the future that will include streamlining multiple talent systems into a unified HRIS

(SuccessFactors), ensuring compliance both locally and globally, introducing new technologies to support the

growth and efficiency of the organization, and building out a team to support these initiatives.

Job Duties

Lead the multi-year transition to a unified HRIS system, managing the consolidation of multiple HRIS

platforms, streamlining processes and improving data accuracy across global operations

· Harmonize and optimize global HR processes through the standardization and automation of HR

workflows worldwide, ensuring compliance and efficiency in systems and operations

· Ensure compliance with legal requirements globally, such that all HR processes, including system

implementations, meet legal and regulatory standards, particularly around data privacy and protection

· Collaborate with IT and other departments for system integration, working with cross-functional teams to

integrate HR systems with other enterprise platforms, ensuring smooth data flow

· Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and a new ticketing system for addressing employee

inquiries and enabling self-service capabilities for managers and employees

· Support onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance the employee experience and to ensure

smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees

Job Requirements

Education / Experience: ·

  • Minimum of ten years of experience in HR Operations, with at least five years in a leadership role experience with HRIS systems and leading implementation projects (SuccessFactors – strongly preferred) ·
  • Bachelors degree

Desired Skills: ·

  • Robust analytical capabilities, problem solving skills, and strong business acumen 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
