Job Description
As a Product Manager (m/w/d) in Digital Pathology – Business Development & Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product vision, driving strategic partnerships, and expanding market opportunities. Your responsibilities include:
Job Duties
- Working with Product Management team to develop the portfolio vision and strategy by analyzing key market and segment opportunities, understanding customer pain points and needs in the digital pathology workflow, competitive and partnership landscape.
- Leading business development efforts by identifying and fostering strategic partnerships to enhance DP workflow offerings.
- Establishing and managing partnerships with 3rd party vendors that will facilitate end-to-end workflow solutions for customers.
- Working with x-Functional Team to thoroughly vet potential business partners and associated workflow solutions.
- Developing customer partnerships through KOL collaboration sites to identify suitable customer reference sites and produce value-based proof points to drive adoption and validation of DP solutions.
- Driving GTM strategies and commercial partnerships to accelerate adoption and growth.
- Working with Product Marketing team on health economics and market access, to ensure product-partnership viability in different healthcare systems.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Digital Pathology, pathology AI solutions, and hospital IT ecosystems.
- Proven experience in building and managing strategic partnerships within healthcare, clinical diagnostic solutions, AI, or digital pathology sectors.
- Experience working with international teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel 20-30% as part of the role.
