The Senior Sales Incentives Analyst plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing a streamlined and harmonized sales incentive program to drive sales growth and motivate the sales team for both TNM (Testing & Measurement) and MIS (Micro Imaging Solution) business at Evident. This strategic position involves collaborating with senior leadership, analyzing market trends, and ensuring that incentive aligns with organizational goals.

 

The ideal candidate can influence a matrix organization and motivate people through collaborative leadership. S/he has technical expertise with strategic vision to enhance sales performance through effective incentive strategies.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the vision and roadmap of a globally harmonized sales incentive strategy that motivates high performance and aligns with company policies.
  • Baseline the existing territory design across all regions and identify areas of improvement to align with the GTM strategy.
  • Collaborate with Finance to manage the annual sales budgeting process from sales target creation to territory target deployment and incentive determination for both TNM and MIS.
  • Partner with HR Managers, Sales Leadership and Global Sales Operations, to provide on-demand sales incentive support and insight.
  • Build and maintain relationships with sales management to reinforce the link between strategy and sales behavior.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of sales incentive plans and provide recommendation based on the ROI analysis.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Data Analytics and IT to develop data capture and reporting capabilities.
  • Manage the evolution of incentive plans based on changing business strategies and market conditions.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and technologies, explore, and propose options to continuously improve effectiveness. 
  • Identify synergy between TNM and MIS and promote cross-functional best practice sharing.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business analytics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of progressive and tangible experience in business analysis, sales incentives in life science and/or industrial businesses
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment with great attention to details
  • Proficient in designing and implementing sales incentive programs
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau
  • Agile and adaptable to changing market conditions and/or business strategies.
