Job Description

As the Global Marketing Analytics Manager, you'll be at the forefront of transforming data into actionable insights that propel our digital marketing strategies. Your role will involve spearheading the maturation of our analytics stack, automating functionality to share with global team members and ensuring our marketing efforts are data-driven and impactful.

Job Duties

Key Responsibilities:
•    Data Analysis & Reporting:
o    Act as the analytics expert for digital marketing teams, helping them leverage data to enhance their strategies.
o    Conduct thorough analysis of Adobe Analytics data to identify key trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities.
o    Create and deliver detailed performance reports that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and offer actionable insights.
o    Utilize advanced analytics techniques such as segmentation, cohort analysis, and attribution modeling to uncover valuable insights and guide site optimization and testing.
•    Data-Driven Decision Making:
o    Work closely with marketing teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations that improve campaign performance.
o    Provide data-driven support for strategic decisions, including media planning, content optimization, and customer segmentation.
•    Team Leadership & Development:
o    Serve as the go-to analytics expert, guiding digital marketers and decision-makers in using data effectively to boost their efforts.
o    Foster a data-driven culture within the team by developing analytics training programs and knowledge-sharing processes.
•    Modernizing and Automating Analytics Practices & Management:
o    Manage the current Google 4 analytics/Google Tag Manager environment and processes connected to a lead collection process on a third-party software. 
o    Ensuring leads are properly routed and directed per forwarding requirements for sales and distributor follow up. Manage processes between existing systems and an SFDC CRM to build full funnel reporting and attribution.
o    Ensure data accuracy and consistency by establishing and maintaining robust data collection processes, working with the team to turn current manual processes into more automated, repeatable steps.
o    Develop and oversee data layer specifications and tagging strategies to capture essential data points accurately.

Job Requirements

•    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
•    7+ years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools. Familiarity with Adobe Analytics is a plus.
•    Proven experience in setting up and optimizing the collection of analytical data from multiple sources, including GA4, multiple manual input sources and SFDC.
•    Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
•    Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills for effectively conveying findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker Studio and the ability to use these tools to create reporting dashboards for marketing team members, general users and executive teams.
•    Knowledge of SQL and other programming languages.
•    Experience with tag management solutions such as Google Tag Manager.

Pay range:  Base salary 95K-120K, plus 7.5% annual bonus target and benefits.
