Job Description

Hybrid work. Position based in Needham (Boston), Massachusetts.

 

Management of core FP&A processes across all regions / functions. Responsibility for key improvement projects and value creation initiatives.

Job Duties

1.    Overall responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis of P&L and BS
2.    Business partner on strategic roadmap, restructuring, acquisitions & divestitures (TSA)
3.    Close collaboration & budget consulting with CSO, CPO and CTO as well as global & regional finance and accounting teams
4.    Analysis of monthly results, explanation of key business drivers to ExCom & senior management
5.    Financial evaluation of product roadmap, R&D initiatives and other business cases
6.    Initiate further improvements & monitoring of pricing & discount policy
7.    Ownership of key working capital improvement initiatives like inventory reduction, past due reduction, optimization of payment terms with customers & suppliers
8.    Consult on systems + process improvements like OneStream implementation, BI reportings etc.
9.    Process owner for sales incentives (targets, achievements, accruals, payouts etc.) 

Job Requirements

Education, formal qualifications:    
•    Degree in Finance with focus on FP&A

 

Professional experience:    
•    Minimum 10 years of experience in comparable roles
•    Global, multi-national FP&A experience
•    Proven track record in complex & multinational budgeting, forecasting and analytics processes

 

Competencies, skills, knowledge, mindset:     
•    Practical experience at management / director level in all major FP&A topics, solid expertise in accounting
•    Problem solving mentality
•    Ability to navigate & prioritize in complex environment
•    Business partner mindset
•    Team player in multinational matrix organization
•    Fluent in English

 

Compensation:  183K - 252K plus 25% annual bonus target and benefits
