Job Description
The Corporate Accounts & GPO Specialist plays a key role in supporting Evident's commercial growth by partnering with Sales, National Accounts, and cross-functional teams to expand strategic customer relationships and optimize contract performance. This role serves as a trusted partner in managing GPO, IDN, and strategic account activities, coordinating competitive bids and contract administration, and ensuring customers have a seamless experience throughout the contracting process.
Working closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Pricing, and other internal stakeholders, the Corporate Accounts & GPO Specialist helps drive revenue opportunities by supporting strategic account initiatives, maintaining commercial documentation, tracking contract performance, and identifying opportunities to expand corporate relationships within the digital pathology and clinical diagnostics market.
Job Duties
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to coordinate competitive bids, RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions that support strategic business opportunities.
- Support National Account initiatives by managing activities related to GPOs, IDNs, cooperative purchasing organizations, and strategic healthcare accounts.
- Monitor contract performance, utilization, renewal timelines, and compliance to maximize customer value and commercial effectiveness.
- Identify and support opportunities to expand GPO and IDN relationships within the digital pathology and clinical diagnostics market.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to convert GPO and IDN-aligned opportunities into revenue-generating business.
- Analyze contract utilization, account performance, and pipeline activity to provide insights that support commercial decision-making.
- Serve as a primary internal resource for contract administration, customer documentation, and procurement-related activities for designated strategic accounts.
- Partner with Pricing, Operations, Customer Service, and Sales to ensure efficient execution of customer agreements and timely resolution of contract-related issues.
- Maintain accurate contract records, bid documentation, customer files, and commercial documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance contract administration, operational efficiency, and the customer experience.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on contract processes and best practices.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience supporting bids and tenders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe)
| Annual salary 67K - 78K, plus 5% annual corporate bonus target |
