We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our global company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and initiate implementation of scalable and fit for purpose IT solutions that align with our business goals and strategies.

 

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Enterprise Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring that it aligns with business objectives and supports the company's growth.
  • Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design innovative solutions that drive business value, scalability, and performance.
  • Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend suitable technologies for adoption within the organization.
  • Technical Governance: Establish and enforce technology standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization to ensure consistency and maintainability of IT solutions.
  • Road mapping: Develop and maintain technology roadmaps that outline the evolution of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to meet long-term business objectives.
  • Application Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of the organization's application portfolio, including rationalization, optimization, and retirement of applications to align with business priorities and maximize efficiency.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in the IT landscape and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring data security and compliance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, operations, and business units, to ensure alignment between technology and business strategies.
  • Vendor Engagement: Engage technology vendors to stay close to technology trends and if needed to conduct vendor selections for solution decision.

 

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in computer science or comparable education. Proven working knowledge in Enterprise Architecture area.
  • Experience in working in the role as enterprise architect (orientation towards TOGAF)
  • Solid knowledge with strategic and operational enterprise architectures (business, data, application and infrastructure architectures) and related frameworks and methods.
  • Broad experience in other IT disciplines (e.g. software development, business demand management, IT governance, project portfolio and solution architecture)
  • Experience working with LeanIX is a plus.
